3 stalks celery, chopped
1 each red and green pepper, chopped
2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

How do I make it ?
Brown meat with onions in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add celery, red peppers and green peppers; cook 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chipotle peppers, garlic and chili powder; cook 1 min. Add tomatoes and beans; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with cheese and cilantro.
