1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
7 eggs, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dulce de leche
1 can (354 mL) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Beat cake mix, water, oil and 3 eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well.
Pour dulce de leche into 3-L fluted tube pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cake batter.
Blend evaporated milk, cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and remaining eggs in blender until smooth; gently spoon over cake batter.
Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray; place, sprayed side down, over filled pan. Place in large shallow pan. Add enough water to larger pan to come halfway up side of tube pan.
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Loosen dessert from side of pan; invert onto plate. Remove pan. Serve dessert topped with Cool Whip.

How to Unmold Chocoflan
Place serving plate over cake pan. Invert dessert onto plate. Gently remove pan; spoon any remaining caramel left in pan.
Caramelized sugar is a great substitute for the dulce de leche. Simply mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. water in saucepan; cook on medium heat 7 min. or until sugar is deep golden brown. Pour into prepared pan; continue as directed. If you can find cajeta (goat milk caramel) in your local ethnic market or specialty food store, that also makes a great substitute.
