4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 2 small)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.
Step 3
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 23 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to the batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.

Prepare recipe as directed, topping brownie with 1 cup each Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows and Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the last 5 min. of the baking time.
