Creamy banana cheesecake layers are sandwiched between chocolate cookie crusts and a chocolaty ganache topping for portion-controlled desserts that are sure to fit the bill for your next dinner party. 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping (1 cup frozen, 1 cup thawed), divided
3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
2 bananas, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs

How do I make it ?
Microwave frozen Cool Whip with chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool 10 min.
Mash 1 banana in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat with mixer until blended. Gently stir in remaining (thawed) Cool Whip.
Spoon cookie crumbs into 8 (125-mL) jars with lids; top with cream cheese mixture and melted chocolate mixture. Cover with lids.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Cut remaining banana into 16 slices just before serving cheesecakes; place over cheesecakes.
