Individual cheesecakes are so cute and these chocolate and banana cheesecakes are no exception. Creamy banana cheesecake layers are sandwiched between chocolate cookie crusts and a chocolaty ganache topping for portion-controlled desserts that are sure to fit the bill for your next dinner party. Also, the fact that they're prepared in jars makes them portable and oh so easy to pack into a cooler to take to a potluck or picnic!
