1-1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts, divided
30 saltine crackers, coarsely crushed
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. (340 g) Kraft Caramels

Step 1
Chop 1/2 cup nuts; reserve for later use. Combine remaining nuts with next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
Step 2
Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Cook butter and caramels in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Pour over cracker mixture; mix well.
Step 3
Spoon caramel mixture into prepared pan; press with back of spoon to form even layer. Sprinkle with reserved nuts; press gently into caramel mixture to secure.
Step 4
Refrigerate 30 min. or until completely cooled before cutting into bars.
