Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Cook butter and caramels in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Pour over cracker mixture; mix well.
Spoon caramel mixture into prepared pan; press with back of spoon to form even layer. Sprinkle with reserved nuts; press gently into caramel mixture to secure.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until completely cooled before cutting into bars.
