2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl; stir in chocolate chips. Whisk remaining ingredients in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
Step 3
Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Pour combined liquid ingredients into combined dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Do not stir until the batter is smooth. Overmixing can result in tough or rubbery breads or muffins. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan, or greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake as directed.
