3-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup corn starch
2 cups butter, softened
1 cup superfine sugar
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
3 Tbsp. sifted icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and corn starch. Beat butter and superfine sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.
Step 3
Drop heaping tablespoonsful of dough, 1 inch apart, onto baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 5
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
