1-1/4 cups chocolate cookie baking crumbs
1/4 cup butter
5 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
8 fresh strawberries with tops

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
Step 3
Melt 3 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup Cool Whip; spread onto bottom of crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip to within 1/2 inch of edge. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate. Dip strawberries in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 5
Top with strawberries just before serving.
