1 cup chocolate cookie baking crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast, divided
5 Tbsp. hazelnut-flavored liqueur, divided
2-3/4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese (about 688 g), softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup whipping cream
6 oz. (3/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2
Combine baking crumbs, nuts, butter and 1 tsp. coffee; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3
Microwave 3 Tbsp. liqueur in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec. Add remaining coffee; stir until dissolved. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, icing sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add liqueur mixture; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended; pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
Step 5
Microwave cream and remaining liqueur in microwaveable bowl 45 sec. Add chopped chocolate; stir until melted. Drizzle over cheesecake.

Special Extra
Toast additional whole hazelnuts; cool. Beat additional 1/2 cup whipping cream and 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Use nuts and whipped cream to garnish chilled cheesecake just before serving.
Prepare cheesecake as directed, omitting the liqueur and increasing the cheesecake baking time to 50 to 57 min. or until centre is almost set. For the ganache topping, use 1/2 cup whipping cream and omit the liqueur.
