2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1/2 tsp. oil

1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Step 1
Cut each kiwi into 4 slices; pat dry with paper towels. Insert wooden pop stick into side of each slice. Mix chocolate and oil until blended.
Step 2
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip kiwi, 1 slice at a time, in chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat bottom half of each slice; place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut.
Step 3
Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
