1/3 cup butter, melted

12 chocolate-covered mint patties

2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. mint extract

3 drops green food colouring

2 eggs

1 oz. (1/6 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, chopped

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Top with single layer of chocolate mint patties.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add mint extract and food colouring; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended. Pour into crust.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely.
Step 5
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Step 6
Melt dark chocolate. (See tip.) Drizzle over pie.

How to Melt and Drizzle the Chocolate
Place the chopped chocolate in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Place bag in bowl of hot water. Let stand 5 min. Squeeze chocolate in bag until chocolate is completely melted. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle chocolate over pie.
Note
For a brighter coloured pie, add more green food colouring to the filling mixture until it reaches the desired colour before pouring into the pie crust.
