How do you make our one-bowl brownie recipe even more appealing? How about adding a sweet, velvety orange-laced cream cheese topping? These easy, fudgy brownies are baked in muffin pan cups so there's no cutting required! Just pop them out, frost them with the creamy topping and dig in! They also keep well in the fridge, making them a perfect make-ahead dessert for a potluck or holiday buffet.

4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 container (280 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting
2 Tbsp. (about 1/4 of 4-serving pkg.) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
zest from 1 orange

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well.
Step 3
Spoon into 20 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 1/3 cup batter to each prepared cup.
Step 4
Bake 16 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool 10 min. Remove brownies from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 5
Beat frosting, dry pudding mix and orange zest with mixer until blended. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Use to pipe frosting onto brownies, adding about 2 tsp. frosting to each brownie.

How to Use the Leftover Dry Pudding Mix
Store leftover dry pudding mix in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 month. When ready to use, beat pudding mix with 1-1/2 cups cold milk 2 min. Let stand 2 min. Serve topped with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
