8 oz. Baker's White Chocolate

How do I make it ?

Step 1
GREASE a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan and line with wax paper.
Step 2
MELT semi-sweet chocolate over hot water, with 1/4 cup (50mL) butter and melt the white chocolate with remaining butter. Cool.
Step 3
WHIP eggs until slightly thick. Fold into semi-sweet chocolate. Fold one-half of the crushed wafers into the semi-sweet mixture and add the other half of the wafers into the white chocolate.
Step 4
PLACE by alternating spoonfuls into prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm.
