1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
8 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, toasted

Place cookies, top sides down, on baking sheet.
Step 2
Spread 1 Tbsp. peanut butter onto each of 8 cookies.
Step 3
Place marshmallows on peanut butter-topped cookies. Cover with remaining cookies, top sides up. Press together gently to secure.

Special Extra
Cut 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate into 8 small pieces. Place 1 chocolate piece over each peanut butter-topped cookie before topping with toasted marshmallow and second cookie.
How to Toast the Marshmallows
Heat barbecue to 400°F. Thread marshmallows onto long skewers with handles. Hold skewers over barbecue grate while grilling marshmallows to desired doneness, turning frequently. Cool 1 min. before using as directed. Or, to toast the marshmallows inside, heat broiler. Place marshmallows on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until marshmallows are desired doneness, checking every 30 sec.
