11 graham wafer, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle chocolate, coconut, nuts and cherries over crust. Pour condensed milk evenly over ingredients in pan.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool in pan. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
