1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
1-1/3 cups water
2 egg whites
2 pkg. (1.4 oz. each) Jell-O Chocolate Fat Free Instant Pudding
4 cups cold skim milk

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Immediately poke deep holes in cake at 1-inch intervals, using round handle of wooden spoon.
Step 3
Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; pour half into holes in warm cake. Let remaining pudding stand until slightly thickened. Spread over top of cake.
Step 4
Refrigerate 1 hour.

Keeping it Safe
Wash hands, cooking utensils and countertops immediately with hot soapy water after contact with raw eggs.
Instead of using the handle of a wooden spoon to poke the holes in the cake, you can use a plastic drinking straw, with turning motion, to make the holes.
