1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups shredded zucchini (about 1 medium)
3/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, flax seed, baking soda and salt. Mix egg and mayonnaise in large bowl until blended; stir in zucchini. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Step 3
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan; sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes clean. Cool 10 min. Remove bread from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 cup of your favourite chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, to the batter along with the 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Zucchini Muffins
Prepare batter as directed; spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 22 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove muffins from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
