These fun individual desserts feature bite-size brownie balls with soft marshmallow centres and a peanut-studded chocolate-peanut butter glaze. Surprisingly easy to make, they're sure to become a favourite for adults as well as the kids.

1 pkg. (594 g) brownie mix
8 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, quartered
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. chopped honey-roasted peanuts

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter and bake (in prepared pan) as directed on package; cool completely.
Step 3
Use foil handles to transfer brownie from pan to cutting board. Trim off edges with sharp knife; discard trimmings or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
Step 4
Cut trimmed brownie into 32 pieces. Flatten each brownie into 2-inch square. Place 1 marshmallow piece on centre of each square; press brownie around marshmallow to completely enclose marshmallow.
Step 5
Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
Step 6
Dip 1 brownie ball in chocolate-peanut butter glaze, using 2 forks to turn brownie ball until completely coated with glaze. Shake ball gently to remove excess glaze, then place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining brownie balls. Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 7
Refrigerate 30 min. or until glaze is firm.

Instead of the brownie mix, use our Baker’s One-Bowl Brownies to prepare the brownies.
Substitute 32 Kraft Caramels for the cut-up marshmallows. Then, sprinkle glazed balls with flaked coconut instead of the chopped nuts.
Serving Suggestion
Serve in mini muffin cup liners.
These fun desserts can be refrigerated up to 2 days before serving.
