1 cup shredded napa cabbage
1/2 cup clementine segments
1/2 cup chopped mangos
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup snow peas, blanched, halved
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Renée's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. crunchy chow mein noodles
1/2 tsp. each black and white sesame seeds

How do I make it ?
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Add vinaigrette; mix lightly.
Top with remaining ingredients.

How to Blanch the Snow Peas
Add peas to saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or just until bright green in color. Drain, then immediately plunge peas into bowl of ice water. When completely cool, drain peas and pat dry.
Prepare using 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges.
