Want a change of pace from your average burger? These sizzling 'Chorizo' Cheeseburgers, made with ground pork and a delicious combination of seasonings to make them taste just like chorizo sausage, will add lots of kick and flavour to your next backyard barbecue!

1 lb. (450 g) lean ground pork
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into 8 wedges
1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Kraft Extra Cheddar Process Cheese Product Slices
4 hamburger buns

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix first 5 ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Step 3
Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, brush vegetables with oil; place on barbecue grate next to meat patties. Grill 6 min. on each side or until crisp-tender.
Step 4
Top burgers with cheese, then place buns, cut sides down, on barbecue grate. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted. Remove all ingredients from barbecue.
Step 5
Place cheeseburgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with grilled vegetables and tops of buns.
