1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. mint extract, divided
36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate
3 drops green food colouring
1 Tbsp. miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces
decorating icing

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. extract and cookie crumbs until blended. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 2
Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Stir in food colouring and remaining extract. Dip balls in chocolate; place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Insert lollipop stick into each ball to serve.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

How to Easily Dip Balls
To easily coat balls with melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls on prepared baking sheet.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
