2 lb. stewing beef, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1 large each green and yellow pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. ground cumin

How do I make it ?
Toss meat, in batches, with flour until evenly coated.
Heat oil in Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add peppers and onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Add broth, chili sauce and cumin; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

This flavourful chili, which freezes well, can be prepared ahead of time. Cool the chili, then ladle into freezer containers. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before reheating to serve.
