Our pesto recipe adds a burst of flavour to any dish. Three ingredients - cilantro, almonds and Tuscan Italian dressing, make this an easy pesto recipe to make. Try serving with cooked pasta, tacos or vegetables.

Process ingredients in food processor or blender until blended.

For a colourful pasta salad, toss prepared pesto with 4 cups cooked rice noodles, and 1 cup each sliced red peppers, carrots, green onions and snow peas.
Serve as a spread with toasted baguette slices and/or crackers.
Top with additional cilantro and almonds.
