1 cup plus 2 tsp. milk, divided
1 egg
2-1/2 cups flour, divided
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold butter, divided
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Beat 1 cup milk and egg with fork until blended. Mix 2-1/4 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Grate 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture; stir with fork until blended. Add egg mixture; stir to make soft dough.
Step 3
Sprinkle remaining flour onto work surface. Knead dough on floured work surface to form smooth ball. Roll into 12x10-inch rectangle. Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough tightly, starting at one long side.
Step 4
Cut dough into 15 pieces; place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 18 to 20 min. or until puffed and lightly browned. Beat icing sugar, cream cheese and remaining milk until blended. Drizzle over scones.
