Mix flour, baking soda, salt, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon until blended. Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip, bananas and vanilla in large bowl until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix remaining granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 15 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Mix icing sugar and milk until blended; drizzle over bread.
