zest and juice from 1 navel orange
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?
Mix orange zest, orange juice and dressing until blended; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Drain fish; discard marinade.
Grill fish 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Serve this zesty fish with a mixed green salad, and your favourite hot steamed fresh vegetable.
Add 3 Tbsp. vodka to orange juice mixture before using to marinate the salmon as directed. Please use alcohol responsibly.
Prepare using 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime zest and 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice.
