3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
2 lb. (900 g) baking potatoes (about 4), peeled, thinly sliced
4 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Bring to boil; cook 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese; cook on medium-low heat 1 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Layer half the potatoes in shallow 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with bacon and half the cheese sauce. Top with remaining potatoes, cheese sauce and remaining cheese; cover.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour 25 min. or until potatoes are tender, and sauce is hot and bubbly, uncovering after 55 min.

Special Extra
Cut 4 green onions into thin slices. Reserve 2 Tbsp.onions; toss potatoes with remaining onions. Layer ingredients in casserole dish and bake as directed. Sprinkle with remaining green onions before serving.
