1 Tbsp. oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed, divided
1-1/2 cups Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 green onion, chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add yellow onions and green peppers; cook 4 min., stirring frequently. Add garlic, chili powder and crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min.
Add meat; cook 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, mash 1/2 cup beans.
Add mashed beans to meat mixture along with the remaining beans, tomato juice and ketchup; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.
