1 lb. (450 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 3), cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing, divided
1 lb. (450 g) ground chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 lb. (225 g) green beans, trimmed

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp. dressing; spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix chicken, onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
Step 3
Add meatballs to baking sheet with potatoes; bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF). About 5 min. before meatballs and potatoes are done, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 4
Drizzle meatballs with remaining dressing. Serve with potatoes and drained beans.
