3/4 lb. (340 g) extra-lean ground beef
3/4 lb. (340 g) lean ground pork
3/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. each dried savoury and dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 bay leaf
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 frozen pie shells (9 inch), thawed

Step 1
Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add all remaining ingredients except potatoes and pie shells; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Remove and discard bay leaf. Stir potatoes into meat mixture; cool completely.
Step 2
Heat oven to 425ºF. Spoon meat mixture into 1 pastry shell; cover with remaining pastry. Seal and flute edge. Cut several slits in top crust to permit steam to escape.
Step 3
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until pastry is golden brown, reducing oven temperature to 375ºF after 15 min.

Plan Ahead
Double the recipe to make 2 pies. Bake 1 pie to serve, then wrap second (unbaked) pie tightly and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator before baking as directed.
