4 large green peppers
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1-1/2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce, divided
1/4 cup water

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cut tops off peppers; chop finely. Remove and discard seeds. Cook peppers, meat and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; mix well.
Mix remaining tomato sauce and water in 9-inch square baking dish. Stand peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture. Cover.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until peppers are tender. Serve peppers topped with sauce from bottom of dish.

Peppers, also called sweet or bell peppers, should be brightly coloured with firm, thick flesh. Avoid purchasing those that are soft and dull in colour.
Prepare using extra-lean ground turkey.
