1-3/4 cups flour
1-1/4 tsp Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. butter, softened, divided
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp. coconut extract
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. icing sugar
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1/3 cup sweetened coconut chips, toasted

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat 1/2 cup butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in milk and coconut extract. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Step 3
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 4
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 15 min. Remove cake from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Step 5
Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and remaining butter in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Gently stir in Cool Whip until blended Spread onto cake; top with coconut chips.
