1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 pkg. (225 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine brown sugar, flaked coconut and spices. Add 1/4 cup of the brown sugar mixture to strawberries in medium bowl; mix lightly.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese, butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in coconut extract. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Step 4
Pour batter into 13x9-inch parchment-lined pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
