2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1/4 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing, divided
1 lb. (450 g) cod fillets, cut into 4 pieces
2 small bunches broccolini, trimmed
1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half, divided
1-1/4 cups plus 2 Tbsp. water, divided
1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley, divided

Step 1
Cook half the garlic in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Add fish, broccolini, 1 cup tomatoes and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring remaining water to boil in large saucepan. Stir in rice; return to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Remove from heat; stir. Let stand 5 min. or until water is completely absorbed.
Step 3
Chop remaining tomatoes; mix with cheese and 2 Tbsp. parsley. Spoon over fish mixture; cook, covered, 3 min.
Step 4
Fluff rice with fork. Add remaining garlic, dressing and parsley; mix lightly. Serve with fish mixture.
