Place 1 cup cold milk, 1 container (175 g) vanilla low fat yogurt, 1 small cut-up banana, 3 Tbsp. Maxwell House Cafe Mix, any flavour, and 1/4 cup ice cubes in blender container; cover.
Step 2
Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Variation - Strawberry Smoothie
Prepare as directed, substituting strawberry low fat yogurt for vanilla yogurt and 1/2 cup halved strawberries for banana chunks. If using frozen strawberries, omit ice.
