Step 1
Stir together ground coffee and water. Cover; let stand at room temperature 24 hours.
Step 2
Strain coffee grounds through cheesecloth-lined sieve. Squeeze grounds to remove all liquid. Dilute 1/4 cup coffee concentrate with 3/4 cup milk. Serve over ice.
