Step 1
Microwave butter and 2 oz. chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Spread onto tops of cookies. Let stand 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Step 2
Microwave caramels and milk in small microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package.
Step 3
Spoon caramel onto centres of cookies; top with nuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand 30 min. or until firm.
