1/2 of a medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 of a medium red pepper, finely chopped

How do I make it ?
Chop 2 cups of the blueberries; place in medium bowl. Add remaining 1 cup whole blueberries and remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
Serve as a topping for cooked meat or as a dip. Refrigerate any remaining salsa.

Variation - Cool, Sweet and Spicy Salsa
For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot pepper sauce or 1 chopped jalapeno with the remaining ingredients.
