2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups water, divided
2 pkg. (85 g each) Jell-O Lime Jelly Powder
1-3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min.; cool.
Bring 1 cup water to boil. Add to dry jelly powders; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water; set aside. Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Add jelly mixture; blend well. Pour over crust.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
