1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake. Cool completely.
Remove cake from pan. Trim corners and sides of cake to resemble football. Reserve trimmings for another use. (See tip.) Place cake on large platter or cake board.
Frost with Cool Whip.

Easy Football Field Cake
Bake cake, then cool and remove from pan as directed. Tint Cool Whip with a few drops green food colouring; spread onto top and sides of cake. Draw yard lines on top of cake with decorating icing. Place toy football players on cake. Add other decorations as desired.
How to Use the Cake Trimmings
Store cake trimmings in airtight container. Crumble over scoops of vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert.
