Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Foolproof Hard-Cooked Eggs
To hard cook the eggs, place eggs in saucepan with enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to boil; cover. Remove saucepan from heat; let stand 12 min. Drain eggs, then place in bowl of ice water. Let stand until eggs are completely cooled. For eggs that are easier to peel, add 1/2 tsp. baking soda to the water in saucepan before adding the eggs and bringing to a boil. The cooked eggs can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week before serving or using as desired.
