Combine flour, cornmeal and baking powder. Beat butter, sugar and dry pudding mix in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
Drop 2-Tbsp. portions of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 3 min. Remove cookies from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely.
