2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 each carrot, celery stalk and onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Renée's Homestyle Ranch Dressing
1 cup milk
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
dash each dried thyme leaves and poultry seasoning
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup cooked long-grain white rice

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add carrots, celery and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
Add broth, dressing, milk, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; mix well. Cook on medium-low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Add chicken and rice; cook 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley or chives before serving.
Serve with crusty white bread.
