This pork skillet supper is ready in 30 minutes. Pork, apples, mushrooms and onions are served with a creamy sauce for a super, simple entrée.

What do I need ?
Select All
2 small onions, sliced in rings
3/4 lb. small whole mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
2 red apples, cored & cut in rings
2 pork tenderloins
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup Calvados or brandy
1 tsp. dried basil leaves

How do I make it ?

Step 1
SAUTÉ onions & mushrooms in butter in large frypan until softened; set aside. Add apple rings to pan & sauté until soft; set aside.
Step 2
SLICE pork crosswise into 1 1/2 in (4 cm) medallions; flatten slightly. Sauté medallions in same frypan until cooked through. Set aside; keep warm.
Step 3
ADD cream cheese & cider to pan; heat until smooth. Stir in brandy & basil.
Step 4
ARRANGE apples, mushrooms, onions & pork on plate. Pour sauce over all. Serve immediately.
