Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Shape turkey into 5 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill patties and onions 10 to 12 min. or until burgers are done (165ºF) and onions are tender, turning after 5 min. Top burgers with cheese.
Step 3
Remove burgers and onions from barbecue. Place onions in bowl. Add barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
Step 4
Fill buns with arugula, cheeseburgers and onions.
