2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (350 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter, sugars and dry pudding mix in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips, cranberries and nuts.
Step 3
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 5
Dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate; place on parchment-covered baking sheets. Let stand until chocolate is firm.

Variation
Prepare dough as directed; spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 375°F oven 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars.
