1-3/4 cups Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Heat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Combine ingredients. Drop into 24 mounds, 1 inch apart, on 2 baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray, using 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture for each mound. Spread slightly to flatten.
Step 3
Bake 6 min. or until golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min. Let stand on baking sheets 2 min.; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
