1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (11.2 g each) Jell-O No Sugar Added Cherry Jelly Powder
1 can (348 mL) whole berry cranberry sauce
1-1/2 cups cold water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
1 can (398 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 can (284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained

Step 1
Add boiling water to jelly powders in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until melted. Stir in cold water and cinnamon. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in Cool Whip and pineapple. Spread over crust.
Step 4
Stir oranges into jelly mixture; pour over cream cheese layer.
Step 5
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

How to Soften the Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened.
Prepare using Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder.
