2 cups sugar, divided

1 can (354 mL) evaporated milk

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed, softened

2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 navel orange

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Melt chocolate as directed on package. Cook 1 cup sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat 12 to 15 min. or until sugar is dissolved and deep golden brown in color; pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 3
Blend milk and cream cheese in blender until smooth. Add eggs, orange zest, orange juice, melted chocolate and remaining sugar; blend well.
Step 4
Pour over dissolved sugar in loaf pan; cover. Place in larger pan. Add enough water to larger pan to come halfway up side of loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted 1 inch from edges comes out clean; cool completely.
Step 6
Refrigerate 4 hours. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen flan; unmold onto plate just before serving.

Note
To soften any remaining caramel sauce in loaf pan, dip bottom of pan in hot water; spoon caramel over unmolded flan.
Special Extra
Use vegetable peeler to shave chocolate curls from additional piece of Baker's Dark Chocolate. Place on unmolded flan just before serving.
