6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cans (540 mL each) lima beans, rinsed
3-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed

How do I make it ?
Cook and stir bacon in large saucepan on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
Add carrots, celery and onions to bacon drippings in pan; cook 8 to 10 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly.
Stir in beans and broth; bring just to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min. or until vegetables are tender, adding cream cheese for the last 5 min. and stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in bacon.
